Founding
Brothers Néstor and Armando Pereira found NAP Ingenieros in a garage on 27 de Mayo Street in Managua, with a rule that still stands: technical excellence and a promise kept.

NAP Ingenieros S.A. was born from the conviction that every project is a promise made real. For more than six decades we have partnered with the government and private enterprise to deliver lasting works (civil, industrial, and critical infrastructure), and today we bring that same standard of excellence to the homes of Nicaraguan families.
We operate under a single standard: technical rigor, transparency on site, and on-time delivery. Every technical decision, every cubic meter of concrete, every finish reflects a working philosophy that treats construction as an act of social, environmental, and economic responsibility.
